THINGS TO DO
Agatha Christies house is but a stones throw away, the Dart Valley trail runs above the property with its beautiful walks with incredible views.
The Little ferry harbour of Greenway just down the hill, trips can be taken to Dartmouth with its restaurants and pubs . a short trip across the river to the beautiful village of Dittisham with its famous pub. A brisk one mile walk and your in the village of Galmpton, again with a warm and friendly pub, down the hill again to Galmpton creek. You are spoilt for choice.
On the other side of Galmpton you have Churston Golf course with superb views over Torbay, the beautiful beach of Elbury Cove. The magnificent and Historic Churston Manor Pub, don't forget the bustling fishing port and town of Brixham. A few miles on and you have one of the best National trust House and gardens in Devon (Coleton Fishacre) with spectacular cliff and coastal walks nearby.
Some of the best sea fishing and diving in the country, with charter boats leaving daily from Kingswear and Dartmouth. Sailing and pleasure boat trips down the river Dart.
